zafira heater matrix ?

hi steve had same problem the fixing bolt is under the bonnet down by bulk head right hand side right by steering rack a pig to get to or just do what i did brake the casing off and put back with clips i will warn u this is a pig of a job conversion kit at vauxhall the cog in the heater motor has come off rail inside take heater motor apart put in a small spacer over cog so it cant come off job done mine works fine now
