vaillant vuw 828, central heating,what dose sh.f mean?

vaillant 828e when i put the boiler on the central runs for about min then stops and then stops and the process continues to do the same and a code of sf.h is show.also up stairs radiators are hot but down stairs are luk warm.hot water is fine.
