the dryer finishes its programme but the washing is never properly dry it is then put on the shorter programmes but this has to be repeated many times to dry the washing even if the washing is sorted so only the same type of material is dried together.the filter is cleand each time and the sensor is wiped

I have (had) one of these, it was my second one with the identical problem.
After many attempts to find a solution, I replaced it with a no-nonsense two temperature and timer Hotpoint

pcb software has been changed by the manufacturer to solve this problem.a new pcb has to be fitted
