Mend Paragon Plus Years Time Lost

paragon plus?

i have had my alarm in for many years now and had good service from it,during that time i have lost the instructions, and the name of the guy who fitted it for me. i have a faulty sensor i think a rat has bitten through the cable and my alarm shows tamper. and i have forgoten how to set the alarm isolating this area can you help me with instructions please

i think you could disconnect the tamper wiring from the pcb inside the main unit but this will disable all the tampers on all the sensors in the property.there is also a tamper switch on the main unit cover and any extension key pads attached

If it is showing Tamper you can not isolate when setting, that's not how alarms work, it needs repairing correctly.
