my caller idea only shows when i pick the phone off the receiver, but it still does not show any numbers when i get a call.

i have the same problem (and, yes, i have caller ID enabled on my phone line -- the caller ID on my other phones work just fine). when a call comes in, the number does not show on the durabrand screen. i've checked for a durabrand website for a downloadable manual, but have not found a site. any other suggestions?
