How can I fix my Beko Freezer?

My freezer has defrosted but the main fridge is still working.

Hi, we've just got the same problem, but ours is in the kitchen. my fridge is cold, but the freezer is at 4 deg. fortunatly we have a chest freezer in the garage, so managed to salvage most stuff. we're off to the library to see what we can find out there! will let you know if we find anything

is it in a cold room or garage below 12 deg celcius ?.if it is then you need to put it in a room with a temperature above this
