i bought a smeg oven C371MFX and have only had the pleasure of it working twice! it will not light up or switch on on any of the dials. ive re set the clock thinking it may have set the timer by mistake but to no avail. i would appreciate your help as the shop i bought it from has now closed down and i cant return it anywhere.
