Mend Baxi Bahama 100 Boiler Central Heating Flow Switch

HW intermittaant on baxi bahama 100?

Central htg works fine.
Hot water, boiler starts up when hot water demanded via tap, hot water comes out for about 5secs then boiler shuts down, get cold water then boiler fires up again, get hot water, this cycle continues.....
I have swapped the flow switches so can't see it being those, so any ideas?
