Mend Gardenline GPHS-26cc Starting Fuel Trouble

Gardenline GPHS -26cc?

It cuts out after starting ,as if it is not getting fuel Where is the fuel filter and the fuel vent located. Trouble shooting suggests they could be blocked or dirty
