Mend Sentry Few Keys Not

A few alarm keys do not respond?

Some of they keys do not work. Can they be repaired, and if so do I have to shut down the system and how can that be done? The keyboard panel box has the name Sentry on it, but that was the name of the Alarm Sytem that installed it
