Mend Ravenheat CSi 120 Problem Times Locks

Ravenheat CSi 120 problem?

Fires up three times in rapid succession, then locks out and shows a code 2 which seems to relate to the flue. This boiler has only been in use for 14 months. Any ideas please?

Hi, I had a similar problem with my CSI 120. It appears the problem is related to the software contained on the EPROM that was fitted to the boiler during manufacture. I believe Ravenheat replaced these EPROMs free of charge (which cures the problem) to customers who registered their boilers at the time of purchase.
