Mend Aqualisa 4 bar Water Bar Flowing

no water?

i have 2 aqualisa thermostatic showers running off an aqualisa 4 bar pump.
there is amixer valve flowing into this pump with settings from
minimum 1 2 3 4 5 6 maximium.
recently i have been having problems in that when the showers are turned on nothing happens. the pump dosent kick in and no water comes out of the shower.
i have the maixing valve set at minimum.
do you have a solution
