Mend Beko DFN7610X Fridge Thermostat Help

why is my beko freezer defrosting cant hear fridge running?

beko fridge freezer fridge is warm and freezer is defrosting what can it be does it need re gasing or is it the thermostat can some one help its only 13 months old

If its only just 13month old and you have proof of purchase receipt then get on to the manufacturer as they should be able to help you out.products should last a reasonable length of time (trading standards statment).if its in a cold room below 12 degrees this could cause the appliance to defrost and not work correctly.just a thought!
