VCW GB 282EH PCB board not lighting up?

Time clock set constant,"CH switch On" does not aluminate, fuses OK ,only way to operate & ignight boiler "CH switch" on or off. When CH switch on "amber & green lights" aluminate, DHW & CH works OK .
