Mend Halstead Ace High Boiler Central Heating Pcb Board

how can I fix my Halstead Ace High gas boiler?

My boiler seems to be turning to central heating on it's own without being programmed. I have checked the hot water side and that seems fine,would it be the PCB board or the time clock that is causing the issue?
