How to change headlight on peugout 205 ?

I have a peugeot 205GR F reg 1989, My mainbeam headlight has packed in and I have lost manual, dim beam and full beam both still work tho, so think I only need to change bulb but not sure how or which bulb, any advice would be greatley appreciated.
