Belling IDW604 - How do I raise the upper basket?

Belling IDW604 - How do I raise the upper basket......in this dishwasher so that the upper spray arm can rotate without bashing my standard size dinner plates below? I'm told you can fit bigger wheels but won't that stop the upper spray arm from connecting with the water supply?
