upper spray arm on Electrolux ESL63010 diswasher?

How do I dismantle the upper spray arm on my electrolux ESL63010. It is currently rather loose and when spinning hits against the upper basket.

I have opened the upper arm of this model for cleaning. I now can't close it! Any help, please?

they are a tight push fit in to a plastic collar.they are loose and will hit the basket if lifted.Make sure the ducting to the spray arm is clipped on to the wire basket
