How to fix my Honda cr125 99 Model?

Could you please tell me what the black spongy oil that comes out of the exchaust onced you have removed the exchaust from the bike.

The black cr*p is unburnt fuel/oil mix. Ride the bike harder and the amount in the pipe should lessen. Usually at it's worst on performance 2 strokes that are ridden too slowly.
