Mend Worcester Boiler Increase Pressure

worcester 28i boiler - increase pressure ?

After bleeding the radiators, the gauge now shows at almost zero (with the radiators off). How can I increase this to the manufacturers recommended 1.5 - 2
There is a silver hose which links the domestic input and central heating return pipes. (picture included)
Thanks
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if you can hear water running leave a bit longer
the pressure should go up

thanks for getting back
there is not a tap on either end of the pipe. There was a blue plastic lever? over a screw on the domestic input end, which came crumbled in my hand.
I opened that screw and the one at the other end. Water came out of the "central heating return" end, but the gauge did not increase, after about 1 minute.
Should I have left it longer ? Is it right there was water?
