Mend Halstead Boiler Wont Ignite

boiler wont ignite!?

i have a halstead boiler and it was working fine except for DHW fluctuated,, changed the plate and now the boiler will not light although goes throught the sequence,, but can not hear the sparking for ignition?? any thoughts? its freezing!

ive drained the system several times and bled every rad,,, pressure up to 2 bar,,, there seems to be no signal sent to ignite? i can light it manually but goes out after its 10 second procedure,,, any help would be appreciated...
