How to thread a bobbin on a Singer 2010?

Hello Jane,
Select straight stitch, thread the machine up all the way and through the needle, make sure the presser foot is up, open the slide plate and push the little lever to the right, that will raise the winder, wind the thread from the needle round the presser foot screw tightly, press on the foot control slowly and wind the bobbib, when you have enough thread close the slide plate, that will drop the winder back down and pull the threads to the back of the machine and start to sew.
