Mend Bosch 28i Boiler Pressure Overheat

bosch 28i heats water seems to boil inside boiler?

then pressure rises boiler cuts out, will only reset when cooled down,pump running ok, and both speeds of fan working, if turn heating off, heats water ok but dose seem a little hot!
