How do I repair / bledd my heating system on my 106 diesel?

near the fill bottle there is a small bleed screw on the pump hose /this hose also goes to the fill bottle bottom . fill up put cap on and pump top hose on rad check level run car and pump hose (warning ) this gets hot very quick i still have the burns 2 weeks later and the fan .stop car check level .some air is always trapped in the head and work it way out , small amounts are o.k.
