Mend Idela Classic FF Boiler Fire Time

Idela Classic FF Model?

Boiler wont fire up all the time. The spark unit at the top of the boiler seems to stick (not rotate, looks like a magneto on a lawnmower but smaller) if you flick the impeller with a screwdriver to rotate the spark unit it ignites , runs for a min or tow then stops again.

Any help ?
