you may have to remove the head lining to investigate the leak. i wouldnt attempt to use the rear washer till you fix it. once the lining is removed have a look at the tube around the rear pillar area. if you see a break in the tube cut it out about an inch either side. buy a few straight connectors to join the tube together.(you can buy this at halfords or any other dealer).if you have plenty of slack use the connector to join the two joins together. if not you will have to buy some more tube and make several joins. my advice is to run a new length of tube from the rear jet to the freshly cut part of the tube.REMEMBER TUBE AND CONNECTORS COME IN DIFFERENT SIZES SO CUT A SAMPLE OF TUBE AND USE AS A GUIDE. ITS THE INTERNAL DIAMETER WHICH IS VITAL.i know b&q sell the tube. once fitted be sure not to crimp the tube while refitting the head lining. also clean the rear jet with a pin. good luck
