Mend Nissan Almera GTI Engine Clutch

nissan almera gti rattle when in gear and put throttle down?

i have recently encounted this problem when im in any gear i put my throttle down and makes a rattling noise i was wondering if anyone knows what this could be due to? could it be a gear box or clutch problem on bottom bearings as is sounds as its coming directly in front of driver side engine bay. would be very greatful if any one could let me know.
