Change the board by
1. Take of outer cover, there are 2 x screws at the front, then lift up and pull away
2. At the bottom left you will see the boiler thermostat knob, this has 2 x screws next to it, undoi these, and the black box that the knob is on will come off.
3. undo the 4 or 5 screws on the top of this black box, and take the lid off.
4. The PCB is there, you will need to pull off all the connectors, they all just pull off easy enough.
5. There will be 4 plastic locators at the bootom of the black box, which need to be pushed through to release the PCB.
6. Replace with new board and go back through the previous steps.
