Mend Peugeot 206 Start Plate Checked

heater 206 peugeot 52?

my heater wont start when switched on in my 52 plate peugeot 206 so i cant demist my windows. Have checked all the fuses non blown.

Could be motor seized or burnt out rheostat which is a resistor that allows the fan speed to change its usually located above clutch pedal you need to set the air intake slider to cabin air not external air and reach up to the resistor inside the air box its very difficult to get at
