How to fix a Glow worm 24cxi that whistles loudly?

Anyone managed to fix a Glow worm 24cxi combi boiler that whistles loudly (maybe 80dB!) only when
- it is at full power
- water temperature is 40-50 C
?

Pleased to report I convinced Glowworm to look at it - it was a faulty heat exchanger, which must have been deformed slightly by temperature changes, so it only whistled under very specific circumstances.
