Mend Fiat Punto Heating

How can i fix my Fiat Punto Heating?

My Fiat Punto 'R' reg only blows cold air. Is there a way to fix this? it occasional warms up when the engine is revved but cools down again

have had this prob look at the hoses in engine coming thro the bulkhead there is an air bleed screw in the hose open to bled air out while topping up the tank
