No signal?

sorry about that i had to go out , you change the symbole rate , with the remote , , just type in 6887 for ntl , and you must be on them numbers if your useing ntl" when your in the powerscann box , the frequence rate" is ( START 100mzh ) and the (STOP 870mzh) and the symbol rate is 6887 for ntl , type all of them in order into the boxes , and when you have that right , press the powerscann ,

Problem solved i changed the frequency to 522.50 and that allowed me to change symbol to 6887 then did power scan again and now i have all channels and picture just all in strange order not stored in fav that key not working but at least i have channels THANKS

should the frequency be all 0's as the message i get when i try to change the symbol is invalid frquency rate??

hi mick my quality is reading 2% and i cant change symbol rate it is on 6.952 but i am on ntl how can i change it i took box in because i could not get pin code to work and had lost signal, pin works now but still no signal when i plugged back in but screen now says channel currently not available

check this out , press menu,go to (installation) next go down to (user instalation) ok that" the pin , number should be 0000 , now in the new window that opens up ,look at the (symbol rate) if your on NTL , it should read 6887, if your on tellewest it should be 6952 , so if you have to change it to the right one for you , do it with your remote , and when your in that window , check the ( Quality bar, ) at the bottom , what % is it showing ? if all is right there after any changes that you had to make , do the power scann again , oh by the way what was broken on your box?? ill check back here after ,, mick
