how can i replace a part?

the cable on my toilet is not broke but the part that it is attached too is,not the dual button the white plastic part,how do i go about getting hold of another one?

take the broken part out and note if there is a name on the cistern and go to a bathroom/plumbing shop and buy a new part complete with the cable I supect it's all one part..
