I have P reg 306, my battery keeps going flat something appears to be draining the battery power. I'm not to sure if it has something to do with the alternator. Please help
If you do have a drain you can disconnect neg side of battery and put test lite inbetween the battery and cable and if the test light comes on you have a drain and will have to pull one fuse at a time until the light goes off ...when light goes off find out what that fuse goes to and follow it up till you find the problem by disconnecting each item that fuse feeds til light stays off

If your alternator is not charging you shouldn`t be able to drive it too far before it dies .....a old timer once told me if the alt is chargin there should be a magnetic feild at the back of alt ..so when running if you put a small scredriver at the back close to it it should grab it like a small magnet and it works if you don`t have a volt meter to check it .....with meter it should read about 13.8 or higher according to how low battery is

yep sound like its not chargeing it up so may need to test it
