freezer?

fast freeze should be used prior to you purchasing the food,so the machine goes below the set temp you have the stat at,eg -18 put on fast freeze for 2 hours,should go below -22,when you retuen from shopping,put food in and leave fast freeze on for half hour then switch fast freeze off,the food will freeze quicker as the temp inside is alot colder than normal,this should be normally used in summer
