How can I fix my Icatch VI PC Camera?

My Icatch VI Pc Camera from Ezonics will not focus and all i am is a big blur. It is plug and play type. It still is taking video but i can't focus or something. You adjust it manually and I keep turning the lens thing but it just wont work. How can i fix my focus? Do i need to install it again or is something broken inside? It's new and i used it once and it worked fine but then the next morning it was fuzzy and i am just a blur.

I have the same camera, and yes the manual doesnt help sometimes, but that is your problem. You have to adjust it slowly and make sure it is compatible with windows XP if that is your version. If not, still check the microsoft site for compatability.
