Mend White LT113 Tractor Drive Belt Idler Pulley

how do I replace a drive belt on a white tractor?

I am trying to replace the drive belt on my White tractor. I can't seem to tighten the belt. Is there an idler pully that I am not finding? I don't have the manual. The model is LT113.

There should be a diagram for the drive belt routing under the left foot rest. I don't show a model LT-113 in my books.
Is it an older model?
