Mend Volkera Sabre 25 HE Boiler Heating Pressure Switch

how can i fix my volkera sabre 25 he gas boiler?

My boiler will only work properly if i release one of the clips of the air box cover so letting air in but when i seal it back up the boiler will keep cutting out nobody i've asked so far has an answer for it. I have replaced the pressure differrential switch.can anybody out there help me please.
