Mend Volkera minute e20 Boiler Heating Ignition

Volkera minute e20 will not ignite?

Hi my Volkera minute e20 boiler will not fire up, ive taken the front cover off and checked the fan and two pipes for debris but its clean. Everything clicks when the reset button is set but nothing happens, anyone help please.
