Underfloor Heating - room thermostats not working correctly?

yes. we are in the early days of running a new build heating system and are struggling to understand the system and how it runs and is controlled. The wall thermostats appear to have little influence on how warm or cold the rooms become. Will update when we have more experience with the system. Has anyone resolved the problem and how? The wall thermostats are a "light switch" size square with a dial in the bottom right hand corner

I am heaving a problem , new build all the finctions from the boiler is reading o.k. the thermo stats hav been faulty from the beginning as the dial just swirl round 360degree so where is the lowest temp point and the highest ??? builder insists that this is not preventing them from working whereas inthe rooms the dials seem ok the heating is controllable,as much as underfloor heating is controllable .

has it been set to air temperature or floor temperature,measured by floor stats,check in setting on wall stat
