Is the dryer light on even when the drying time is set to zero?
This was another sympton of the fault I had when it would continiously fill.
The problem was a burnt out circuit board, that needed to be replaced.

Check other answer given as he might be right it could be back filling from sink, if not it must have a inlet valve gone you check this by switching off taps to stop it, if this cures it thats the problem. It can only be one or the other.

Could you have a Syphon, water filling and being syphoned out. You may have a closed/sealed circuit in the outlet pipe. Is it connected to a sealed pipe?
