My Brandt Oven keeps cutting out every few seconds?

Sometimes it will stay on for twenty minutes, but mostly cuts out after about a second. We cant cook anything with it like this, and cant afford another. We desperately need it as we have two children to feed. Can anyone help? Apparently Brandt dont sell over here anymore, so Im struggling to find a customer services number.
