Mend Hotpoint DT77X Oven Model Replaced

hotpoint double oven model DT77X?

i have replaced the fan element but it will not heat up, the fan runs, all other elements.thermostat, top oven all are working.
is another component in the fan element supply circuit likely to have been damaged when the element blew ? if so what is it ? please help.
