how do you change the alternator on a ford transit 1996?

i have just changed the alternator on my own van. the vacuum hoses can be removed with 15,17 and 19mm spanners and the hose just unclips. there are 2 bolts holding the alternator in place, including the adjuster mechanism. there is hardly any fluid loss when all the hoses are undone. make sure your replacemant alternator is of the same type and also the electrical connections are the same. it took me 20mins to change. it cost me 20 pounds from a local breakers
