H4 error on Sharp copier?

Error H4 blinks consecutively. which is the interrupt key and how do I enter a "0" or a "14" when I dont have a keypad on the copier? gmo

Press Clear and Exposure buttons alternately until display goes blank and then use the number of copies to select 14 then click OK/Copy. That will work for most instances. You can try it several times but if you've done more than a dozen, it needs something in the fuser unit to be changed.

The trick to entering the number is to use the buttons that you use to select the number of copies. Hope that helps someone out there. :)
