what is an h4 error code?

hi
i have an h4 error code on a sharp sf 2022 what is this listing.
i have 15+ years in the copier field working on canon equipment, so im looking for what the code means, i probably have the skills needed to repair unit.
if i can be of any assistance in regards to canon models, i am factory trained on dozens of models including most analog, digital, full color digital, and fax, please let me know.

Dave, H4 is low fuser temperature, remove the fuser by opening left hand door, then from the front, remove two screws holding in the fuser unit. When out remove two screws on top to take off cover, from memory should be a resetable thermal fuse, which should click when pressed if blown. re-assemble. To reset the code press these buttons:cancel, interupt, zero interupt, (display will go dead) enter 14, print, 1 print, should reset.
