The handbrake cable adjustment is at the front end of the cable where the yoke attaches to the rear of the handbrake lever. You will need to remove the plastic surround over the handbrake lever to get to it, just a matter of a few screws. Slacken off the lock nut, tighten the adjusting nut until the setting is correct, then do up the locknut again. Do not OVERADJUST it as your rear brakes may hang on while you are driving.
