Mend Performance Power gen set Broken

i have a performance power gen set .the plastic starting ring has broken ??

any clues wer to get parts ???

get a short length of broom handle4" to 5" long drill a hole through the middle of the shortest part of the shaft,now insert the pull rope from one side through the hole and tie a secure knot .this repair will last longer than plastic ring.
