Hi ; have a baxi bermuda 552 installed , regularly serviced but now the radiators are not getting very hot. what could be the problem/? boiler is 16 years old and have ecently flushed system out.

Two things to check are the gas working pressure is set to its correct level.Some boilers are range rated and so can be turned up for better performance.The other is to make sure that the back boiler isnt sooting up.I know you say it is serviced regularly but some people do not withdraw burner assemblies to clean filters and when that happens they may as well not have bothered.
