i have removed the grill to change the filter but i am unable to reattach it, instructions please?

Hi Mandy, you mean the 2 U shaped wires?
Push the flat end of the U into the filter cover first at the bottom, then you can bend each side outwards and then in hooking under the top edge, this holds the filter foam in.If you need a manual,extracare may have one on 08457959722. all the best.
